Patch mpq missing

You can also drag and drop files, which i did not explain in that post. Also is your listfile loaded? I am pretty sure if the editor can not view the files properly, it will not overwrite them properly either. It wont pack properly if the game is still running - even in the background. I have now tried Winmpq, as i downloaded a file for it, and I have tried mpq2k. All programs seems to not change the patch file.

But it does not work with the patched file, wont change anything. Note: Finally it works I guess, I did it once again in winmpq and it seems to work with the changes I made. Have you installed the program correctly? It has to be something simple. March 22, Originally Posted by truekripp. Originally Posted by Trimitor. My patch contains maps for all languages.

Patch-Z from your thread is an old version of my patch. Therefore, you can safely replace the links. The patch collection from uWoW also contains my patch, so you can follow the latest updates from this thread. Great, I'll update them and link your post to the Beta version right away. Once again, absolutely amazing work. Please let me know, if anything changes, so I can keep the guide as fresh and useful as possible. Thank you for reaching out, and thank you for your work.

I'll stop the edits and keep the old versions, haha. Thanks for the info! April 29, This is great, but regarding the Sunken Temple map that is missing, something else should be displayed instead maybe the Eastern Kingdoms map? Currently it's completely empty, and by empty I mean it's a hole in the interface Thanks for your work.

April 30, The count of available patch names is limited by unused numbers and letters. In the next window, if you click Change you can choose the version of your client for Game Compatibility parameter:. There you can change the number of files in the MPQ. For this step file count doesn't matter, so you can just click Next. Now you can put your edits inside the patch. For that, just put your files in MPQEditor window space drag-n-drop.

Now you can check your edits in game! Launch a local testing TrinityCore server. Log in and teleport on your map with your edits. There are no comments to display. You need to be a member in order to leave a comment. Sign up for a new account in our community.
